Kush is a strain of marijuana like others that will need nutrients and this is done using plant food that has Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium. These ingredients need to be the first ones listed on the label of the container. The ganja plant depends on these nutrients to help them grow, but they are not fed this plant food daily as it would cause the pot plants to be stunted and burn the leaves.
This plant food is known as 20-20-20 and when the Kush marijuana plants are fed properly they will grow fuller and the amount of THC will be more potent. This is because the plants root system is not working overtime trying to find the nutrition the plant needs to grow.
The plant food will need to be stopped approximately two weeks prior to harvesting the Kush cannabis crop. This will keep the plants from having a taste of the plant food and it will help them to dry better.
